Wales specialist early music choir
Welsh Camerata
The Welsh Camerata is fortunate to have one of the most inspiring musicians in Wales at its helm. Andrew Wilson-Dickson is a multi-talented musician: a pianist and organist of considerable repute, he was tutored by John Lill and Nicholas Danby at Cambridge and York Universities. Until recently he was head of Early Music at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

He formerly directed the Brandon Hill Singers in Bristol and currently he directs the Welsh Baroque Orchestra which has rapidly made a name for itself in period music. Also a string player, he is a member of the Baroque instrumental ensemble  L'Indiscret. He works closely with the opera singer Buddug Verona James in her musical productions.

He is an accomplished composer and the author of 'The Story of Christian Music'.
